The mission of Southern Idaho Sailing Outreach (SISO) is to promote sailing and sailing instruction for the people of Southern Idaho, with an emphasis on youth education.

Summer 2023 Sailing Camp Registration Opens April 17th !!!
The winter of 2022-23 provided us with an excellent water supply, and that means a full season of sailing classes this year! Classes begin on June 5th, and continue through August 4th. Check out our EVENTS page for a listing of these classes. Classes fills quickly, so be sure to register early at Boise Parks and Recreation. Scholarship information is available HERE.

Sailing Education
We are dedicated to giving Treasure Valley kids the opportunity to discover sailing and develop the next generation of sailors. Sailing is a sport that fosters a sense of self-reliance and curiosity, builds decision-making and critical thinking skills, develops confidence and a sense of adventure. With SISO, it all happens under the watchful eye of certified instructors in a fun and safe teaching atmosphere.

Founded in 2017, Southern Idaho Sailing Outreach is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization incorporated in the State of Idaho. We are bringing the magic of the sailing experience to the kids of Southern Idaho with the generous support of individual donors, local businesses, grants, community partnerships, the Southern Idaho Sailing Association, volunteers and parents. Join us to empower Idaho youth and help make a difference in their lives.
